It has been over 2 months since I made a post on here. I have been really sick with a stomach problem and my aching back for months now. I am finally starting to feel a little bit better. I have made a lot of cards the last few weeks, just have not had the motivation to post them. I am still not feeling real great so I am not going to go into too much detail on this post, but I am going to at least get some pictures up finally.

Father's day card #2. The green cardstock and the sentiment is Mossy Meadow as well as the cat tails. I then colored them with my prismacolor pencils using kelp green and dark umber. The music sheet in the background was stamped in Crumb Cake. It is a large 4" x 5" stamp. I masked off a section of the stamp using washi tape, inked up just that area, removed the washi and ended up with a nice, small stamped area. After I stamped the sentiment I quickly embossed it with clear embossing powder.

Father's day card #1 that I made today. I embossed the trees so they are nice and shiny. Made mostly from things I have had around for years. The light blue and green ink around the trees is Bashful Blue and Wild Wasabi from Stampin' Up!. I kept the oval spellbinders die on the white oval while sponging the ink to make a white border.
